Privacy information pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection
regulations)


1) Owner of the treatment: The Gentlemen inn, of Hristov Dimitar Atanasov, based in
Galleria dei Portici 18, Novara, 28100, VAT number: 02572600035
2) Purpose of the processing: the processing of personal data will take place for profiling purposes
of customers for the purpose of communicating the confirmation and cancellation of the appointments made
with “The Gentlemen's Inn”. A further purpose will be to proceed with type communications
advertising and marketing to customers. Furthermore, with the data collected, the data controller yes
reserves the right to compile statistics about the use of the services provided by him.
3) Period of retention of personal data: personal data will be kept for the entire
period of use of the service by the interested party for the purpose of profiling
concerning the confirmation or cancellation of appointments. As for the activity
advertising the data controller reserves the right to continue even once
interrupted the service provision relationship, without prejudice to the possibility of the interested party to
opt out of this advertising activity at any time.
4) Legal basis for which data is processed: EU Regulation 2016/679, Legislative Decree
of 10 August no. 101e legislative decree 30 June 2003 n. 196. 

Rights of the interested party pursuant to articles 15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22 EU Regulation n.
2016/679:


a) the existence of data and access to them may be requested (right of access to data);
b) obtain the purposes for which the data was processed;
c) request the data retention period;
d) oppose the processing of data at any time;
e) obtain the rectification or cancellation of data (right to rectification and right to cancellation
some data);
f) obtain at any time a limitation on the processing of data;
g) obtain data portability, i.e. it allows interested parties to receive the personal data provided
to a data controller, and transmit them without hindrance to another data controller (right to
data portability);
h) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
i) the interested party can lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data
(www.garanteprivacy.it), if you believe that there is an undue or illegal use of your data
personal.

Cookies

Pursuant to Article 4 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 means:

identifiable (“interested”); the natural person who can be identified is considered identifiable,
directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as the name, a
identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more elements
characteristic of its physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity;
2) "treatment": any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of
automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, the
registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification,
extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any
other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, deletion
or destruction;
3) "limitation of treatment": the marking of personal data kept with the aim of
restrict its processing in the future;
4) "profiling": any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of
using such personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person,
in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning professional performance, the situation
economic, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior,
the location or movements of that natural person;
5) "data controller": the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other
body which, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and means of data processing
personal; when the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union law or
of the Member States, the data controller or the specific criteria applicable to his designation
may be established by Union or Member State law.
